Hearing Set for Child Suspended for Cursing

Two months after a 5-year-old child was suspended for using the "f" word, a hearing has now been set for May 16th. 

Jordan Swindle, a 5-year-old boy, served one day of in school suspension for using the "f" word. Jordan's parents thought the punishment was too stiff for the 5-year-old and wanted to present their case before the Rogers Board of Education.

. Jordan's parents are hoping to help the board set a punishment protocol for this type of offense.
