The Northwest Arkansas mall was a colorful spectacle Thursday night, all in the name of charity.
Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children, or CASA, hosted the 9th Annual Playhouse Palooza.
Several kid-friendly playhouses filled the mall and Diane Byram with CASA says the money raised from sales will support abused and neglected children right here in Northwest Arkansas.
"Every child deserves a safe and loving home, and many children do not have that...What we're trying to do is give them a person that will speak on their behalf."
The playhouses will be moved Thursday night to the Northwest Arkansas Convention Center in Springdale where they will be auctioned off this Saturday.
