Three Men Arrested after Deadly Accident on Stolen Forklift

The Poinsett County Sheriff Office (PCSO) says Douglas Hanna, 20, was killed in the incident that happened near 4179 Old Military Lane in Harrisburg around four o'clock Saturday morning.
Deputies say Hanna had been crushed under the safety cage of the forklift when it flipped to one side, pinning him underneath. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The PCSO says the forklift had been stolen the night before from the Poinsett Turfgrass Company on Highway 1.
Garrett Moore, 22, Jacob Cruz-Yancey, 19, and Jason Faulkner, 18, were taken to the PCSO for blood alcohol tests.
Cruz-Yancey is charged with negligent homicide, DWI, theft of property, criminal trespass, and minor in possession of alcohol.
Moore is charged with theft by receiving, and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a
minor.
Faulkner is charged with theft by receiving, and minor in possession of alcohol.
The PCSO says the investigation continues, and another arrest is anticipated.
