Judge Gary Black has called for another public hearing to answer questions and better explain where the new cities boundaries would be if in fact it became incorporated.
The next public hearing will be on September 13th in the Quorum Court Room at the Benton county administration building. More than 200 residents in and around the community of Robinson near Siloam Springs signed a petition to incorporate more than 22,000 acres for a new city.
