Springdale Starts Search For Fire Chief

Springdale is starting to interview for a new Fire Chief. There are 11-candidates including four from the Springdale Fire Department.

Interviews will be conducted in person or online and begin the last week of May.

Former Fire Chief Duane Atha was placed on paid administrative leave in October after allegations that he received money for work -- he didn't do.

But after weeks of internal investigation, Atha decided to retire.
