Gas Prices Nationally and in NWA

The national average for the price of a gallon of regular gas now stands at $3.85 cents. Mid-grade fuel is now being sold at $4.00 and Premium gas is now sold at $4.12.

According to the Lundberg Survey, Chicago has the highest average price of gas as $4.32 a gallon. Tulsa, Oklahoma is the cheapest place to find fuel, at $3.40 a gallon.

Here in Northwest Arkansas the Sam's club in Fayetteville sold gas on Sunday at $3.44. Pilot gas station in Springdale sold gas for $3.45 this weekend. Rogers and Bentonville both sold gas on Sunday for $3.43.
