The Lawnmower Boys Planning to Make a Big Donation

By: Marissa Stevens
Updated: May 7, 2012
A group of Huntsville teens are trying to make an impact.

You might remember The Lawnmower Boys. They are the Huntsville High School seniors who served a two-day suspension after riding their lawnmowers to school as a prank.

The boys made t- shirts, mowed some lawns, gained some notoriety, and told us they have raised almost $7,000 and plan on donating it to the Arkansas Children's Hospital.

While they are already at $7,000, they said they are still tallying up the total.
