Investigators now believe Alfredo Callabero's drowning was accidental, but will wait for autopsy and toxicology results to confirm.

Benton County investigator Kenneth Paul says he interviewed teens with the 16-year-old at Beaver Lake Tuesday.  Witnesses had reported seeing a teen vomiting who was pushed into the water, but Paul says that teen was not Alfredo.

The Rogers High School student was reported missing around 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, when those with him say he dove into the water and never came back up.  Paul says the group of six to eight teens admitted to drinking, but could not say whether Alfredo had been drinking.

Paul says the preliminary autopsy could be in as early as Friday, and they are awaiting toxicology reports.

A memorial fund has been set up for Alfredo Caballero.  Donations can be made at any Arvest Bank location.

Liz Hogan will have much more on this story, coming up at 6:00 p.m.
