Arkansas Not Bicycle Friendly?

    The Natural State has some work to do when it comes to being a little more two wheel friendly. According to a report on The League Of American Bicyclist website  Arkansas comes in last out all 50 states when it comes to being bicycle friendly.The bicycle friendly state program ranks states every year looking at everything from cycling legislation to education and programs.
