Fayetteville drivers may need to find an alternative route if they're in the Wilson park area.

Through May, a section of Prospect Street will be closed.
The street will be closed from 7:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m.

Crews are building a new sidewalk on the south side of the street between Gregg and Frisco Avenues to help connect the park with Scull Creek Trail.
