Diamond Hogs Head to Houston Regional

After going two and out in the SEC Tournament the Arkansas Baseball team will get a chance to play in the NCAA Tournament after being placed in the Houston Regional.
The Razorbacks are the two seed in the regional and will face Sam Houston St. in round one Friday at 1 p.m.. The host Rice Owls are the top seed in the regional and will face Prairie View Friday at 6 p.m..
The Razorbacks have made 10 straight appearances in the NCAA tournament under head coach Dave Van Horn. Last season the Hogs went 2-2 in the Tempe Regional losing to the host Arizona State Devils to be eliminated.
The Razorbacks went throught several struggles this season both at the plate and on the mound to finish the season 39-19 and 16-14 in Southeastern Conference play.
The Razorback Nation will have more on the Regional selection this afternoon and will make the trip to Houston for all your coverage as the Road to Omaha continues for the Arkansas Razorbacks.
