Crawford County Sheriff's deputies use tear gas to end an hours long stand off with two men inside a home.
A man with a $50,000 outstanding warrant and a 17-year-old reported runaway barricaded themselves inside a house on Tuesday morning.
According to the Sheriff, a deputy went to the house, investigating a runaway report when he discovered the warrant 18-year old Issac Titus but he had blocked the door with furniture.
A negotiator was called in and the traffic was blocked off around the home. They initially established communication with the two but when the phone connection was lost, further attempts to talk to those inside failed. So after about 5 hours, the Crawford County SWAT team used gas to get them out.
The men exited the house without incident and were arrested.According to reports, Titus had a warrant for a stabbing arrest. The juvenile faces some misdemeanor charges.
