We first introduced you to 92-year-old Mary Nell Turner a few weeks ago. She told us the story of how she changed her entire life at 90-years-old. Now, we take a closer look at just what keeps this woman so happy and healthy.

"You are healthier if you keep busy," she said.

Mary works out three times a week, doing cardio and lifting weights.

"I really don't want to do it, but it makes me feel better," she said.

She also participates in several clubs and always makes time for a group of friends in her housing complex so they can socialize. In other words, Mary stay extremely active.

"The more you can fill your life with thins that are positive, it creates energy," said Dr. Larry Wright of the Schmieding Center.

Energy is something Mary is full of, but she says she fills her life with something else as well - positivity.

"I don't have that much longer here, be positive," she said.

So, her keys to longevity are staying physically fit, busy, positive and also an important one - surrounding yourself with people, something that has helped her be in the prime of her life.

"We're not an island, people need people, very much so," she said.
