Police have arrested Tyrone Welch and Allen Stevens in connection with a Fayetteville shooting Wednesday night.

Around 5:30, officers responded to the intersection of Curtis and Fairlane for a shooting, after receiving several 911 calls.  Witnesses reported a vehicle with at least two inside fired a gun from the car.   No one was injured during the incident, however a bullet believed to be from the shooting incident hit the bedroom wall of an E. Huntsville Road home. Officers do not think the home was an intended target.

Detectives are aggressively investigating this incident and say they are anticipating more arrests.

This investigation is continuing.
