Shootings in NWA

Stout said to determine if crime is actually on the rise, you have to look at trends over a period of time. So in the last few months there may have been a temporary spike, but it might drop back down again.
Whatever the case may be, the number of shootings in the last few months is staggering.
March 5 -- a shooting near Old Missouri Road in Fayetteville neighborhood, one man taken to the hospital.
March 12 -- road rage in Springdale, one man taken to the hospital.
March 18 -- shooting at Zabana night club in Springdale, two arrested.
March 25 -- standoff with shots fired in Fayetteville, one officer taken to the hospital.
April 1 -- shooting at Kirksey Middle School parking lot in Rogers, one arrested.
May 25 -- shooting at Curtis Avenue and Fairlane Street in Fayetteville, one man taken to the hospital, one arrested.
May 28 -- shooting in Rogers, three men taken to the hospital, two arrested.
May 30 -- second shooting at Curtis and Fairlane in Fayetteville, two arrested.
Also, this list does not include the officer-involved shootings in Rogers, Farmington and Lincoln.
