Hundreds of thousands of people visit the lake every summer. The Army Corps of Engineers is sponsoring the clean up. They need about 400 people to help pick up the mess. The event is Saturday starting at 8:00 a.m. and last until 11:30. Participants will receive a free t-shirt, lunch, and door prizes. To help out you can show up at Hickory Creek Park, Lost Bridge North, Rocky Branch, or Prairie Creek at 8:00 or even later on Saturday morning.
