NWACC Hosting "Return to Learn"

Northwest Arkansas Community College is hosting a "Return to Learn" event, and giving students some insight into college courses and services.

The event is Thursday, June 14, at 6:00 p.m.

Advisers will teach students about how to enroll, academic advising, financial aid and career services.

The event is open for college students and also folks looking to earn a GED or workforce certification.

The schedule is as follows:

5:30 - 6:10 p.m.     
Check-in and sign-up for tour and FAFSA assistance

6:10 p.m.               
Welcome

6:15 - 6:20 p.m.     
Event overview, emphasis on the needs and goals of nontraditional students

6:20 - 6:50 p.m.     
Enrollment information session

5:45 - 7:30 p.m.
Student Services Fair

6:55 - 7:30 p.m.
Tours and FAFSA Assistance available

8:00 p.m.
Ending session, including door prizes

The event will be held in the Walmart Auditorium of the Shewmaker Center for Workforce Technologies at the Bentonville campus, located at 1000 SE Eagle Way.
