City officials say the Promenade at Pinnacle Hills is estimated to bring in 15-million dollars in sales tax revenue for the fiscal year 20-07.
But they quickly add that those numbers may be underestimated.
The city collects 9-percent in sales tax and the Promenade`s annual sales could be starting at around 300-million dollars.
