Firework Bans: Who's In and Who's Out

The dry conditions claim more cities - all over Northwest Arkansas they're saying no to fireworks for the Fourth.

As of Thursday, there are burn bans in place in all counties in our viewing area. 
Sunday, Benton County announced the use of fireworks in the unincorporated areas of the county will be banned until further notice.
In addition, these cities have banned fireworks inside city limits:
Bella Vista
Bentonville
Bethel Heights
Cave Springs
Centerton
Elkins
Eureka Springs
Fayetteville
Farmington
Fort Smith
Gateway
Goshen
Highfill
Johnson
Lincoln
Little Flock
Lowell
Pea Ridge
Prairie Grove
Springdale - they will allow fireworks on September 02, 2012 between the hours of 5:00 pm and 11:00 pm and on Monday, September 03, 2012 between the hours of 11:00 am and 8:00 pm. 
Tontitown
West Fork
Johnson

Here's a look at the cities that are allowing fireworks for the holiday, in accordance with city policies and dates:

Violators of any of these bans could be looking at a fine.
