The Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a recall Sunday morning for Chicco Polly highchairs.
The CPSC says there are 21 reports of children falling on or against pegs on the back legs that are designed for tray storage.
Recalled highchairs were sold for $100 to $150 at Babies R Us, Toys R Us, Burlington Coat Factory, Buy Buy Baby, and Shopko stores.
Albeebaby.com, Amazon. com, Babyage.com, Babysupersmart.com, Diapers.com and Target.com also sold the highchair.
