FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - Television selections for the first three weeks of the football regular season were announced Monday, highlighted by the Razorbacks' Sept. 15 showdown with Alabama on CBS.

Arkansas will host the defending national champion Crimson Tide in Fayetteville with a 2:30 p.m. CT start time to kick off the 12th straight season of SEC games broadcast nationally on CBS. The selection marks the fourth consecutive year the Arkansas-Alabama game has been featured on the network.

The Razorbacks' season opener against Jacksonville State is set to kickoff at 6 p.m. and will be a pay-per-view broadcast. Pay-per-view purchasing details will be announced at a later date. On Sept. 8, Arkansas' matchup against ULM in Little Rock will air to a national audience on ESPNU at 6 p.m.

Other kickoff times and networks, with the exception of the LSU game set for a 1:30 p.m. kickoff on CBS on Nov. 23, will be announced approximately 12 days before the game as television partners make their selections. Tickets for the 2012 season may be purchased online at ArkansasRazorbacks.com or by contacting the UA Ticket Office at 800-982-HOGS.
