Theodore Earl White was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $7,315.21 by United States District Judge David Folsom.
According to court documents, White and a co-defendant used checks stolen from the U.S. mail to purchase merchandise in Sulphur Springs, TX, as well as other locations in Texas and Arizona. Purchases were made from stores such as Wal-Mart, Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom`s.
