Defensive Players Uncut Interviews Following Scrimmage 8-11

Arkansas held a 160 play scrimmage inside Razorback Stadium on Saturday.  Following the scrimmage the Razorback Nation caught up with Tevin Mitchel, Alfred Davis, Trey Flowers and Austin Flynn to discuss the defense's play in the scrimmage.

Here are a couple of the quotes from those players:

Tevin Mitchell:

"Defense needed to start make the Arkansas Razorback known. When you hear about Arkansas you hear about the offense. Now it is our turn to it up and it is time for the defense to step up."

Alfred Davis:

"We expect to play good. We have always been overshadowed by the offense because our offense is great. You can't take anything away from our offense, our offense will always be good. Even if it is a bad day it is a good day for those guys. Today we came out with a lot of energy on defense and we played them very hard. It was a different vibe, a different feeling but at the end of the day the offense still played pretty good."

Trey Flowers:

"This is a high powered offense here at Arkansas and for us to come out here and semi-dominate them or have some good looks against them it feels pretty good."
