Woman Accused of Letting 13-Year-Old Have Sex with 19-Year-Old Man

A Springdale woman is behind bars, accused of permitting child abuse.
Police say Teresa Hamilton knew a 13-year-old girl was having a sexual relationship with a
19-year-old man.
According to investigators, Hamilton told them the girl met the 19-year-old on the internet, and that she was okay with them having sex as long as they were using protection.
She faces a charge of permitting the abuse of a minor.
