Two familiar faces took the time to thank the manufacturing community in Northwest Arkansas.

Governor Mike Beebe and Mayor Lioneld Jordan recognized the manufacturing community in Fayetteville for providing jobs and for giving back to the city.

Governor Beebe also touched on the importance of keeping these jobs in our nation.

"Our consumers need to buy American as much as they possibly can... That keeps jobs in America, that creates opportunities for communities, for our families and the American work is the best work in the world anyway."

Beebe and Jordan also showed their thanks and appreciation to manufacturers for sponsoring several programs in our area.

The visit wrapped up Manufacturers Appreciation Week, and was hosted by the City of Fayetteville and the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce.
