Updated: October 8, 2012
Crews started stringing lights on Monday for The Lights of the Ozarks.

This is the 19th annual Lights of the Ozarks in Downtown Fayetteville.

It takes over 450,000 lights and thousands of hours to make sure the event goes on without a hitch.

University of Arkansas Hospitality Management students with support from the Fayetteville Visitors Bureau put on the event.

Lights turn on November 17th at 6 p.m.
