"We have a group full of incredible women out there trying to do the best they can," says Pamela Stevenson, founder of the organization. "We're trying to prepare them to get that job that is so hard to get nowadays."

Stevenson founded the group back in 2009 and since then has helped more than 100 women in our area.

The organization helps to train women on computer skills and help them writes resumes.

"It's good to have somebody give you pointers and understanding on how to better present yourself," says Mona Adams. Adams is looking for work after being a stay at home mom for nearly 15 years. "To be able to take care of

ourselves and be able to find jobs making the best that we can. it means a lot."

Along with helping women out with interviewing skills, the organization also brings in business people to do mock interviews and give feedback.

It is the confidence booster many taking part say is proving a life-saver.
