Grab a Pink Snack for Breast Cancer Awareness

By: Amanda Ashley
Updated: October 11, 2012
Support a cause, grab a snack, Pink Ribbon bagels are back.

Panera Bread has once again offered up the special shaped bagel to raise money for the fight against breast cancer.  It's the 12th year of the event which runs through October.

Their Pink Ribbon Bagel has raised more than $1.3 million for breast cancer charities nationwide.

You can find them at Panera Bread bakery-cafes in Fort Smith, Fayetteville and Bentonville.

Panera Bread donates 25 cents from each bagel  to Susan G. Komen for the Cure, Ozark Affiliate to help support its mission.

But on Friday Panera will donate the 100% of the proceeds from the sale of Pink Ribbon Bagels to the cause.
