In this week's Your Health, we're talking preventive care.

Why should I go to the doctor unless I'm sick?

I already see a specialist (for back problems, Pap smears, thyroid    problems, prostate cancer...)...why do I need to see another doctor (a primary care physician)?

When do I need to see my doctor for an annual exam? How often?

Aren't all those tests expensive (and time consuming) (and scary)?

What if I don't want to be on prescription meds? Isn't that all doctors do? What if I want to try something different?

Where can I find out more about this?
