Medical Marijuana, Little Big Town & Halloween Candy Trades in Your 7 at 7

Election Day is just five days away and two of the biggest issues on the Natural State's ballot could mean sweeping changes for Arkansas.
These are the seven stories you need to know about before you head out the door!

The debate over medical marijuana is growing.
Supporters want to open dispensaries across the state, but those opposed say it's a slippery slope.
So what about a state that has already approved it?
Colorado requires doctors to issue red cards for people to get into a dispensary, but it's not fool-proof, as questions have been raised over the number of cards issued.
Another issue?  Colorado police there say some users are reporting a high hangover, usually sleeplessness, irritability, agitation, when they run out of their supply.  Officers believe it could be connected to a number of child abuse cases.
Also on the ballot this year - Issue One - a billion dollar highway tax proposal.
If passed, a half-cent sales tax would pay for things like extra lanes on I-540, the Bella Vista Bypass.. and even a Springdale bypass.
The tax would cost an average family $75 each year over the next decade or until the $1.3 billion dollar bond is paid off.
A Fayetteville man is behind bars,  facing a charge of rape.
Dustin Sisco, 21, is accused of forcing a 9-year-old girl to perform sexual acts.
Police say the abuse occurred over a period of three years.
Sisco faces rape and sexual assault charges.
A metal recycling company was ordered to shut down by the Benton County judge.
USA Metal Recycling recently set up shop  on old Highway 59, after being forced to move out of its previous location in Siloam Springs.
However Judge Bob Clinard says the company didn't apply for any permits, so he's issued a cease and desist order.
Clinard also says folks living nearby complained about noise and environmental concerns.
The company's owner met with county planners  and has agreed to stop all operations until he gets the proper permits.
The Arkansas Music Pavilion just wrapped up it's 2012 season, but it's already got plans for next year.
The AMP announced it's first concert booking is country superstars Little Big Town.
They'll take the stage April 19th at the Washington County Fairgrounds and tickets go on sale Friday!
They range in price from $27 - $77 .
If you're already starting to feel sick from eating all that Halloween candy, why not trade it in for something else?
Kool Smiles dental office in Fort Smith will let kids trade in some of their sweets for a toy!
The business has partnered with Operation Gratitude, which will send the candy in care packages to U.S. troops serving overseas.
Kids can get one toy for every 25 pieces of candy but there is a limit of three toys per child.
Dr. Wade Kifer's office in Fayetteville is participating in a similar program, offering to pay $2 for every pound of candy donated.
