If you didn't get a chance to donate during the Arkansas Homecoming food drive, don't worry! You can still help out!

The Club Sports Program at the U of A is hosting a food drive this fall too.

It kicks off Thursday, November first and runs through the 20th.

"The food drive is a great way for students, faculty and staff to give back to their community that supports them so much," said Shannon Dere, assistant director of University Recreation for Club Sports.

Anyone is welcome to donate non-perishable items, which will benefit the Full Circle Campus Food Pantry.

Just drop the food off at the University Recreation Office in the HPER building on campus.

Here's a short list of the items that are most needed:

  • cereal
  • macaroni and cheese
  • snack items (crackers, pop-tarts, etc.)
  • holiday items (gravy, yams, etc.)

For more information regarding the Club Sports Food Drive, contact Shannon Dere at (479) 575-6736 or sdere@uark.edu.

For more info on the Full Circle Campus Food Pantry, call (479) 575-7693 or email pantry@uark.edu.
