Election Eve Edition of Top Trenders

Election day is almost here. Here's a look at the big stories, all election-related, from overnight. These are the Top Trenders.
Star-Studded Campaign
President Obama calling in the stars to rally votes. In Wisconsin, Katy Perry performed wearing a "Forward" dress at a campaign rally. In Virginia, Bill Clinton and Dave Matthews rallied for the President. On Monday, music legend Bruce Springsteen will perform in Wisconsin while Jay-Z hits the stage in Ohio.
Rudy Giuliani
This happened Friday, but is still getting a ton of buzz online. The former New York mayor doesn't just want Obama to lose, he wants him to resign! Giuliani made the fiery remarks against the Obama administration while at a campaign event for Mitt Romney in Ohio on Friday night. Giuliani said the President should resign because of a statement he made in 2009 when he said the economy would be turned around in three years or there would be a "one-term proposition".
Redskins Rule
The race for the White House could all depend on the Washington Redskins. Check out this odd stat: if they win their final home game before the Presidential Election, the incumbent party will retain office, but if they lose, the old regime is voted out. On Sunday, Washington lost to Carolina. The Redskins Rule has been correct 17 out of 18 times!
Early Voting
Long lines and voting problems aren't preventing americans from making their voices heard. According to politico.com, more than 27 million americans have already voiced their opinions. In early voting, it appears the President will win some key swing states, if you believe people are voting for the party their registered. In Colorado, more Republicans have already voted, but more Democrats have cast their ballots in Iowa, Ohio, Florida, and Nevada. Actual votes will not be released until Tuesday.
Final Push for the Presidency
Sunday, both candidates traveled the nation. President Obama started in New Hampshire, then heading south to Florida before going back north to Ohio and finishing his day in Colorado. Not to be outdone, Romney also stopped in New Hampshire, Ohio, and Iowa.
