A Transformers relaunch will pick up right where the last one left off and for the first time in four years, there's a tie in the NFL. These are the stories most talked about Tuesday morning.

Transformers 4
Coming soon to a theater near you: the next installment in the robot-alien series. Mark Wahlberg has signed to star in the relaunch and Michael Bay is returning for this one. He told TMZ it will take place four years after "Dark of the Moon".

A Tie in the NFL
For the first time in four years a game didn't end with a winner and a loser. Instead, the San Francisco 49ers and St. Louis Rams played to a 24-24 tie. Both teams' kickers missed field goals in overtime that would have won the game. The last time there was a tie was in 2008 when Philadelphia and Cincinnati played to a 13-13 tie.

Marijuana
The legalization of the drug could be a big boost to tourism in Colorado and Washington. Voters approved the legalization last Tuesday and that could open the door to more people popping in for a visit. Both states have legalized small amounts of marijuana for adults over 21 and you don't have be an in-state resident to smoke it. Tourists who purchase and use the drug while in the state would not violate the laws. All of this is depending on the Justice Department, which has not yet said if federal law will supercede state law.

The 2016 election
Yes, the 2012 race just ended but people are already talking about 2016. Among those rumored to run for the GOP ticket: Governors Bob McDonell from Virginia , New Jersey's Chris Christie, Wisconsin's Scott Walker and Louisiana's Bobby Jindal. Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton are rumored to run for the Democratic ticket.

General David Patraeus
It's been a few days since he stepped down from his post as CIA director and more details are still being released. According to a U.S. official, Patraeus's biographer Paula Broadwell sent harassing emails to a woman close to Petraeus. That prompted a probe by the FBI which led to the general resigning.
