Monday Morning House Fire in Rocky Branch

Rocky Branch fire crews responded to a morning fire on Monday.

Officials say no one was home when the fire started at a home in Rocky Branch.  The neighbors reported it around 7:00a.m., the homeowner had already left for the day.  The Rocky Branch fire chief said it appeared most of the flames came from a utility room.

Three area fire departments responded including Rocky Branch.  According to reports, the house, which was built in the 1960s, is likely a total loss.
