If you're thinking about a 5 Hour Energy for a wake-up jolt, you may want to think again. Here's a look at the big stories trending online overnight.

5 Hour Energy
The two ounce shot of energy has been reportedly linked to 13 deaths and 30 life-threatening incidents since 2008. Some of those are related to heart attacks. The Food and Drug Administration is investigating the claims. This is the second investigation by the FDA into energy drinks in about a month. CNN's Dr. Sanjay Gupta says the report doesn't mean the energy drinks actually caused the deaths. To hear his thoughts, click here.

Veterans Parade Tragedy
Four people are dead and 17 others injured after a train hit a parade float in midland, Texas Thursday. The veterans and their families flew in from around the country to take part in this annual event. According to officials, the gates and lights at the crossing were working.

Walmart Walkout
A group of employees from the Bentonville-based retailer are planning to stage a walkout on Black Friday. The walkout builds on an October strike when union-backed groups demonstrated outside the retailer's Northwest Arkansas office. The groups are calling on Walmart to end what they call "retaliation against employees who speak out for better pay, fair schedules and affordable health care". Officials from the company say it's all a publicity stunt saying "this is just another exaggerated publicity campaign aimed at generating headlines to mislead our customers and associates." The Black Friday Creep
With multiple national retailers opening on Thursday, instead of Black Friday, part-time employees are fighting back. More than 40 petitions have been filed on change.org asking retailers to give employees their holiday back. One of the stores opening early, Target, says employees get overtime and holiday pay for working certain hours on Thanksgiving and Black Friday.

Breaking Dawn
The sun sets on Twilight Friday as the movie opens nationwide. The movie is the 5th in the vampire series and it's expected to outpace the previous four in opening week ticket sales.
