Violence Between Gaza and Israel Increases on Friday's Edition of "The Pulse"

An Aurora-type shooting plot foiled, and violence between Gaza and Israel continues. Here are Friday's trending topics on "The Pulse".

Jenner Divorce?
A tabloid recently reported KrisJenner and husband Bruce Jenner are getting a divorce, but it was quickly shot down by the reality TV matriarch. The reality star says the rumors happen about once a week and that the couple is doing fine. The couple has been married for twenty-one years.

Theater Shooting Plot Foiled
A 20-year-old man is accused of plotting a mass shooting at a showing of the newest Twilight movie and at a Walmart. Police in Missouri say Blake Lammers confessed to the plot after officers were tipped off by his mother. Investigators say Lammers told them he purchased tickets to a sunday screening of "Breaking Dawn Part Two"  at a Bolivar movie theater.

Petraus' Testimony on Benghazi
Former CIA director David Petraus testified on capitol hill today that the attack on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, in September was an act of terrorism committed by Al Qaeda. The attack left four Americans dead, including U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens and is now being called a planned terrorist attack.

Gaza and Israel
Rockets and shells have been criss-crossing the skies over Israel and Gaza, causing deaths and destruction. Israel says more than 400 rockets were fired from Gaza since Wednesday, and it's being forced to protect its citizens with weapons of its own. Both Israeli and Palestinian officials are reporting deaths including children.

Hostess Closing
The maker of twinkies and wonder bread, going out of business, causing people to stock up on the pastry products that are still in stores. This comes after the company warned employees it would shut down if striking workers didn't allow plants to resume normal operations by Thursday night. The company's roughly 500 outlet stores are expected to stay open
