If you're looking to see a menagerie of cute and unique animals this weekend, we've got you covered.

The 7th annual Alpaca show is underway in Fayetteville at the Pauline Whitaker Equine Center on Garland Avenue.

One hundred and fifty of these guys from eight states are stepping into the spotlight during the event.

Aside from winning ribbons, breeders say they're excited to raise awareness about these wooly wonders.
"We find that there are a lot of people in the area who come to learn about alpacas, they like to touch the alpacas, they like to learn about the fiber of the alpacas so it's a great opportunity for us to educate people," says Patty Hasselbring, an Alpaca breeder.
If you want to feel an alpaca for yourself, we've got good news! The show runs through Sunday, November 25th and it's free and open to the public starting at 9 a-m.
