The Salvation Army Angel Tree is organizing the gits for the children on the Angel Tree, but they're still short.

The deadline to return gifts is Saturday.

Folks with the Salvation Army hope the Northwest Arkansas community drop off their donations so kids on the tree can have a happy holiday.

"Things are due back this Saturday and we're doing almost 2600 angels and at last count, we had about 250 returned so we still have 90% of the angels outstanding. We want to make sure that if a mother came to us and said these are the things my children want for Christmas and that we do our very best to fulfill those wishes," said Major Tim Williford with the Salvation Army

You can drop off gifts at any Salvation Army location, Walmart and any mall that has an angel tree.
