Nancy Todd, the professional gambler who failed in her attempt to bring casinos to Arkansas is now facing a lawsuit.

A staffing agency is suing Todd in Pulaski County for $30,000; saying it's still waiting to get paid after providing canvassers to get signatures for the casino measure.

The state supreme court ruled Todd's measure unconstitutional, and it never made it to the ballot.
