In Rogers several little elves were getting some much needed training this morning just in time for Christmas!

Pinnacle Hills Promenade hosted the first-ever Elf Academy in the food pavilion for children six-years-old and younger.

The kids made holiday crafts to take home and each received a stuffed animal and elf hat to commemorate the occasion.
"It's all those memories. It's making memories. Isn't that what we're all about? We want our children to remember those special things as they get older," says Brenda Majors, with Pinnacle Hills Promenade.

The event was free to the public and the kids also earned a certificate, officially labeling them "Elf Status" for the holiday season.
