A Fayetteville man has been arrested, accused of secretly taping nude video of a young girl with whom he lived.
42-year-old Thomas Jason Pipes was arrested Monday after his wife found the video of the underage girl on a computer she shared with him.

Later, the video shows the victim enter the restoom, undress and enter the shower at which point the man enters the bathroom again and takes the camera.
Pipe's wife insisted to police that her husband Thomas was in fact the man in the video.
During an interview with police, Pipes at first denied any involvement, but he later admitted setting up the camera and making the recordings but he claimed they were not sexual in nature.
Pipes was initially charged with possessing material depicting sexual explicit conduct involving a child.

According to Police, when confronted with the sexual abuse allegations, Pipes refused to answer questions and requested an attorney.
With the victim's statements, Pipes was also charged with 4th degree sexual assault and rape.
