Students Ask Lottery Commission Not To Cut Scholarship

The future of that money is in jeopardy because of low ticket sales.
One student told the panel while his other scholarships have dried up he's always been able to count on the money from the lotto scholarship.
"The lottery scholarship has still been there it hasn't gone away," said Clay Wyllia. "I don't plan on losing it, but it's really helped me get rid of that fear."
Higher education director, Shane Broadway, has said this decision could be the biggest one lawmakers make in the upcoming session.
