Paula Guess 41, James Shackleford 45, and Johnny Shackelford 43, all three Hartford residents, were arrested Monday evening on multiple prescription drug charges.

The Sebastian County Sheriffs Office says a search warrant was obtained for the home of James and Johnny Shackleford on Bache Street in Hartford, but before deputies arrived the two men left the house in separate vehicles. Police say, they followed the two from their home and conducted a traffic stop on both the men.

Pills packaged for distribution were found during the traffic stop.

At the home an assortment of prescription drugs were discovered. The pills were Valium, Oxycodone, Hydracodone, and Xanax.  Also found at the home was drug paraphernalia.

Agents from the 12th/21st Drug Task Force, the Barling Police Department, the Greenwood Police Department, and the Sebastian County Sheriff's Office participated in the investigation and arrest.
