Drama on "Storage Wars" is One Story on Tuesday's Edition of "The Pulse"

There's drama in "Storage Wars" paradise and the fiscal cliff looms. Here is Tuesday's edition of "The Pulse".

Jennifer Lawrence has taken the number one position on AskMen's "Top 99 Most Desirable Women" list. The "Hunger Games" star beat out Kristen Stewart, Jessica Biel, and Kim Kardashian. Beyonce and Pepsi
Beyonce is getting in the soda business. A longtime Pepsi spokesperson, Beyonce is signing on with the company as a partner and brand ambassador. As part of the deal, the superstar will collaborate with designers on all advertising materials, including cans and bottles that feature her image. She'll also star in a global tv commercial campaign scheduled to launch next year.

"Storage Wars"
There is some drama on the set of the popular reality show "Storage Wars". Dave Hester, one of the show's cast members, has filed a multi-million dollar lawsuit against the show, claiming that the series is fake. In the lawsuit, Hester claims the show deceives the public and that he was fired when he tried to question the authenticity of the reality series.

Fiscal Cliff
The calendar indicates lawmakers have just under three weeks to reach a deal to avoid the so-called fiscal cliff, but a closer look at the process reveals a much tighter deadline. The president and house speaker basically need to strike a deal by Wednesday or Thursday of this week and that adds a layer of extra tension to closed door negotiations.

Michigan Protests
Demonstrators converging on the state capitol in Michigan, protesting against the right to work legislation. Union workers and teachers joining the protest against a bill that will give employees the right to decline joining a union and paying dues.
