Police say Neal Hall, from Prairie Grove, admitted to putting a camera in a girl's room. According to investigators, the girl found the camera and reported it to police. Officers say Hall told them he was trying to see if the girl and her boyfriend were having sex. He also says he was checking in on what she was doing in her private time. Hall faces a charge of video voyeurism.

Bentonville city council members gave the green light Tuesday for a double-digit sewer rate increase. They voted to increase rates by 15% by next March. Then, rates would jump another 10% the following year, in January of 2014. The increase will add anywhere from $10.00 to $37.00 to each bill.

The fiscal cliff deadline is less than three weeks away and many local businesses are getting more concerned about losing their tax breaks. Payroll tax cuts could potentially hurt their profits, as well as prevent them from hiring good help. The deadline for lawmakers to make a deal is December 31st.

The Springdale Police Department is going high-tech, to try to help speed up its emergency response times. Dispatchers are turning to a new tool, called the AVL system. It works much like a GPS system. With it, they can track every patrol officer on a map. So, when a 911 call comes in, they can send the closest car, instead of just sending an officer assigned to the area.

Northwest Arkansas students are making the grade compared to others around the state.That's according to the latest report card, released by the University of Arkansas' Office for Education Policy, According to the report, public schools in Benton and Washington Counties are outperforming others in several areas. 13 of 17 school districts in the two counties had a higher national percentile ranking on the Iowa Tests of Basic Skills than both the country and state. The average graduation rate in NWA is 85%. That's 4 percentage points higher than the state average.

Another new coach is headed to Razorback Nation. Chris Ash is Bret Bielema's newest addition to the Arkansas football coaching staff. Ash, the defensive coordinator at Wisconsin, will have the same position at Arkansas and is the first assistant coach to officially be hired. Being from Wisconsin, Bielema knows Ash well. Ash is expected to make more here, than the $211,000 he was making in Wisconsin.

In Fayetteville, the Bulldogs took some time out to celebrate their two consecutive state championshiop titles. The team took home their second title earlier this month. And Tuesday, the celebration was on. Everyone from city leaders to school administrators gathered at the Fayetteville Town Center to pay tribute to the Bulldogs' hard work. The Purple Dogs had a rough start to the season, but put together a string of wins to set up a third straight meeting with Bentonville in the state final. Something that the team's coach says makes him proud.
