Governor Mike Huckabee announced Wednesday ARHealthNet will provide a "safety-net" to workers who have had no health care coverage through their employers.
He says through the use of federal and state dollars, ARHealthNet will help small business owners in Arkansas cover the cost of insurance for their lower income employees, while those same employers agree to offer health care coverage to their "entire workforce."
