It's Christmas Eve! Here is Monday's Edition of "The Pulse"

A shooting in New York, shocking a small community, and Christmas Eve is being celebrated across the globe. Here is Monday's edition of "The Pulse".
George H.W. Bush
Former President George H.W. Bush is probably going to spend Christmas in a Houston hospital despite doctors' hopes that he'd be released before the holiday. Doctors haven't set a discharge date as they want to make sure the 88-year-old builds up his energy. Bush has been hospitalized for about a month after getting bronchitis.
Jack Klugman
Jack Klugman, best known as the messy sports writer in TV's "The Odd Couple", has died. He passed away at his California home on Monday with his wife, Peggy, at his side. Klugman also starred as Doctor Quincy in the drama "Quincy M.E." from 1976 to 1983. He was 90-years-old.
Houston Explosion
A gasoline can exploded in a backyard, injuring six children. Houston area TV stations report it happened after kids were sprinkling gasoline on a fire pit behind a home in McKinney. The gasoline can blew up, burning the children. Some of the injuries are believed to be serious, with some of the victims flown to the hospital. Adults were inside the house when it happened.
New York Tragedy
Two volunteer firefighter's are dead and two more are in the hospital after police say a man lured the firefighters into a trap in Webster, New York. Police say William Spengler set his home and car on fire, then waited for firefighters to arrive before open-firing on them. The fire destroyed seven homes and the gunman died on the scene
Christmas Eve
Many are celebrating Christmas Eve across the globe. Pope Benedict the 16th celebrated the Christmas Eve mass at Saint Peter's Basilica, and Tuesday he delivers his annual Christmas message to the world. The Queen, forced to miss her traditional pre-Christmas church because of a cold, but her Christmas message this year is a little different. It will be broadcast in 3D for the first time.
