Springdale viewers are taking to Facebook to tell us what they want to see in their city. Wednesday we have the answers for the top three questions in Springdale.

First with improvements to downtown. The mayor said he's confident the changes will come.

"We've got some areas in town that I think are really about to bust loose for development," Mayor Doug Sprouse said.

Some folks are unhappy with the cleanliness of the city and Sprouse said much of that is up to the residents.

"We have many areas where people are proud of where they live and proud of their neighborhoods and they do take care and take very seriously the way those neighborhoods look, and that can be contagious. We just need to be able to continue to foster and encourage that throughout the city."

Families are ready for road construction to help make their commute easier in the long run.

"I think we're just going to continue to build and infrastructure and everything will be so ready for development. Not only residential but commercial development and we're beginning to start to see that take place."

The mayor himself is looking for improvements in the city in 2013.

"In the area of the trail system. I think the Razorback Greenway is going to be the catalyst that will really get us off high center in the development of trails."

Which he hopes will catch on.

"You have some success in an area and then other successes build off that and it takes time but I'm very optimistic about the future."
