Formal Charges Filed Against Zachary Holly

Formal charges have been filed against the accused killed of little Jersey Bridgeman.
Benton County Prosecuting Attorney Van Stone filed formal charges against Zachary Holly on Wednesday.

Benton County Prosecuting Attorney filed charges of capital murder, kidnapping, rape and residential burglary against Zachary Holly.

On November 20th, police began an early morning search for a missing 6-year-old Bentonville girl. A short time later the body of Jersey Bridgeman was discovered in a vacant house just two doors down from the home where she lived with her mother. After an intensive 6-day investigation that included help from the FBI, Bentonville police had a neighbor, 28 year-old Zachary Holly, in custody. 

He was later charged with kidnapping, rape and capital murder.

Holly was denied bond at a hearing in late November. His arraignment is scheduled for January 7th
