Doctors Discuss Healthy New Year's Resolutions Live on Fox Morning Edge

You've probably made a New Year's resolution or two for 2013, and there's a good chance at least one of them involves being healthier.

To help give you some guidelines to make that happen, Dr. Stuart Benson and Dr. James Baker joined us on the show Thursday morning to discuss heart disease, diabetes and exercise.

Both practice internal medicine at Northwest Medical Plaza in Bentonville.
